Housing Information
NSCAD University does not maintain a residence, and students are therefore responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. We do have information below that can help students find a place to call home.
An arrangement with Saint Mary’s University gives equal priority to NSCAD students for residence spaces at SMU. NSCAD students are also welcome to apply for a residence room at the University of King’s College, the Atlantic School of Theology or Mount Saint Vincent University and will have their applications considered if these residences have available rooms.
